What to Expect

After conducting an initial investigation they will initiate pursue your case aggressively. After your case is underway they will provide you with frequent updates. As the case develops they will advise you of the option between seeking a settlement or proceeding to trial, and recommend the proper course of action. At that point they will again evaluate the value of your case and try to recover as much of your damages as possible.
